Hey!!! What an ABSOLUTELY fantastic monday I've had!!! Soooo it started out a little rough cuz I went out for a graduation get together last night...but it was well worth being tired!

Worked at the bank today...and today was DEFINITLEY d-day! The day I put in my 2 weeks....it went really well when I told my boss...she understands that banking isn't for me, and that I need somewhere more upbeat.  Then I went to campus on my lunch break and found out I got a B in the class I was taking...Hell yeah for a B! :)  It works for me that's for sure!  

THEEEEEEEEEENNNN to top it all off...I worked at GAP tonight ( got a job there part time while i'm in school again)...they asked me to be a merchant for them.  That basically means being on a team where I can be a leader and decide what goes where and all that fun stuff!

I got to hang out w/ my new roomate for a little bit tonight, he seems like a cool guy.  I think we'll get along pretty well and it's only for like 2 months...so yeah!

Life is good...changing ALL the time but it works out for me!  I'm hittin the sack....leave some comments!!!!

It's been a while xanga peeps!

So school/work is going well...I didnt realize how difficult it would be to work fulltime and try to take a class...but I'm managing my time! I admire anyone who can go to school fulltime and work full time, kudos to you! I've found that not going out everynight can actually be benefitial to a persons week!  Also, Since I'm a KU student I get to take full advantage of the rec center...and thank god for that! I went last week for the first time and it's amazing! I've set a goal and I'm gonna reach it no matter how hard it's gonna be!

As for everything else, thank you friends for being there for me when I need you! I realized tonight that I've got a great group of friends that I know I can count on! I love you all dearly!

I'll leave you with a wonderful song that I listened to at least 5 times on my way back to my mom's house tonight...from EVITA! I forgot how awesome that movie/music is!

That kind of explains everything that's been goin on with the boys lately! I'm not gonna worry about it any longer lol...done and done :) Night loves!!!

sooooooooo....tomorrow is the BIG day....KU here I come ;)  Going to new student orientation from 8-5 and then get to close the good ole bank  (ugh!!!!!!!!)...hopefully it'll be a fun filled day...full of new things..maybe my advisor will give me good advice as to what path to choose...we'll see! 

As far as other things are going...this past weekend was G to the REAT!  I got to spend some quality time with the family...took them to the new gay bar in Topeka...or something!? There were like 4 people in the whole damn place...hopefully it'll survive, but I doubt it!  Then Saturday I didn't do ANYTHING besides watch like 20 episodes of MADE on MTV...then trecked it to KC to see the FABULOUS Jessica Lynn Cox...had a great time at her little get together...got to talk about the past...was FABULOUS!!!!

Sunday was spent hanging out at my wonderful house in Topeka...sleeping, watching t.v., relaxing....and THEN...Tootsies...WOW...had fun, saw people I hadn't seen in a while..my brother seemed to be the hot topic that night... lotos of his ex's were there and blah...but had a good time...

Was back to the grind at the bank today..jesus mary and joseph PLEASE get me OUT of that place....anyone know of somewhere else that is hiring in Lawrence or the surrounding areas..let me know NOW!!!!!!!  Cuz I don't know how much I can take of this place...I have pretty open availability...9-6 M-F!

Anywho...off to bed I go! BIG day tomorrow :)  I'M A KU STUDENT!...HOLLLAHHH!

Depressing entry here we come....so deal with it!!!!

Great trip to Omaha for New Year's...had a TON of fun with friends, meeting new people, and not giving a shit what those people thought of me up there!  At one point in the night I was so inebriated I thought it would be a cool idea to put a balloon under my sweater...yeah I'm cool...Great New Year's tho!!

Having to go back to work after a 3 day weekend...was hard.  I think I need a vacation...I don't get vacation time...but I just need some time off...GOOD NEWS though...KU here I come! Got my letter in the mail and have orientation on the 18th. Another thing that makes me mad...I asked if I could have that day off, expecting not to get paid...that's 2 weeks away...they made a BIG deal out of me asking for a day off?! What if I had an appointment? what if something happened...why is it a big deal that I request a day off!?  BAHHHHHHH

So here's the debbie downer in me coming along....tonight I went to see Brokeback Mountain...SOOOOOOOOO sad...but yet SOOOOO good!  Made me wonder if I'll ever have that "special" someone again....after the movie we went to Missy B's and saw 50 yr old men there alone...I don't want that to be me...A change is in need....

D) Get tan
